MAKING A RESERVATION- After a reservation is made through Barefoot Vacations, Inc., a reservation package will be sent to you immediately. Within this package are a Deposit Request and an Occupancy Agreement. Barefoot Vacations, Inc., must receive both the Occupancy Agreement and the Rental Deposit by the date listed on your reservation letter to confirm the reservation. If the deposit is not received by the published date, the reservation will be cancelled. A reservation may be confirmed through Visa, MasterCard or Discover, as well as, check, cash or money order. A receipt of payment will then be mailed to the guest.
METHODS OF PAYMENT- Barefoot Vacations, Inc., requests that all reservations be paid in full thirty (30) days prior to your arrival date. If a reservation is made less than thirty days before the expected arrival date, full payment is expected immediately. Payments may be made using Visa/MasterCard/Discover, cash, checks or money order. Personal checks will not be accepted from Walk-in guests.
CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION- Your deposit, less a $75.00 administrative fee, will be refunded if the guest cancels in writing thirty days prior to arrival and the unit is re-rented for the same rental rate. Both of these requirements must be met, or no refund will be given.
CHECK-IN time is 3 p.m. and checkout is 10 a.m. Depending on availability, a guest may request early check-in or late checkout times for a fee of $50.00 per option. After 5 p.m., please call to arrange for check-in procedures. PLEASE NOTE: BAREFOOT VACATIONS WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH THE LOCATION CLOSE TO YOUR RESERVED CONDO OR VILLA FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE IN PICKING UP YOUR KEYS.
LATE ARRIVAL-NO KEY WILL BE AVAILABLE UNLESS FULL PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED. GUESTS SHOULD NOTIFY BAREFOOT VACATIONS IF ARRIVING AFTER 5PM FOR LATE ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS DAMAGE DEPOSIT- All rentals require a minimum of a $200.00 damage deposit or damage waiver. The damage deposit may be guaranteed through a valid Visa, MasterCard or Discover card. Cash, money order and personal check payments for the damage deposit will be refunded within 60 days of the guest’s departure if no damage occurs.
CONVENIENCE ITEMS- The following rental items and services are available upon request to ensure your stay with Barefoot Vacations, Inc., is as comfortable as possible: daily maid service, roll-away beds, playpens, cribs, highchairs and strollers. These rental items must be requested up to two weeks prior to arrival, or availability cannot be guaranteed. Please be aware that linens are not supplied unless otherwise specified. Expendable items such as soap, bathroom tissue, paper towels and cleaning products are the responsibility of the guest.
PROHIBITED ITEMS- House parties, pets, patio grilling, trailers, boats, fireworks, campers, motorcycles, mobile homes and more than two vehicles are strictly prohibited at Barefoot Vacations, Inc., properties. Any expense incurred from the presence of these items is not the responsibility of Barefoot Vacations, Inc. Should any infractions occur, no refund will be issued.
NON SMOKING UNITS ARE STRICTLY ENFORCED. All units require 12% tax. No long distance calls may be billed to unit phones. Departure maid service is provided.
